I'm Ebonie McGee, a master's-trained psychiatric nurse with over 10 years of experience in coaching, separate from my clinical practice. Over that decade, my work has ranged across business, relationships, life and wellness, career transitions, parenting, and grief and loss, which is exactly how I came to see that these areas were never really separate to begin with.
I don't believe in treating your finances, your career, your relationships, and your wellbeing as separate projects. They're not separate to you, and they're not separate to me.
As your coach — not your clinician — I bring that whole-person perspective to every conversation. My job isn't to diagnose or treat. It's to help you step back, see the connections between what's happening in your life, and build a plan that accounts for where you are and where you want to go.
Small, intentional changes — that's where real shifts start.
Neurodivergent-affirming coaching is part of how I work with clients across all of my coaching areas.
Bring what's on your mind, and we'll work out where to begin together.
